Article 2 – Subject of the Contract
The subject of this contract is the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and 29188 regarding the sale and delivery of the goods/services with the qualifications mentioned in the contract and the sale price of which is specified in the contract, which the Buyer has ordered electronically from the www.detbit.net website of the Seller. Article 5 – Declarations and Commitments of the Buyer
The Buyer declares that he has read the preliminary information uploaded by the Seller regarding the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method and the delivery to the panel of the Good/Service subject to the Contract on the Website and has given the necessary confirmation in electronic environment. The Buyer confirms this Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form electronically, the address to be given to the Buyer by the Seller before the conclusion of the distance contracts, the basic features of the ordered Goods/Services, the price of the Goods/Services including taxes, payment and delivery. confirms that it has obtained the correct and complete delivery price information. After receiving the Goods/Services subject to the Contract to the Buyer’s panel, the order process is completed successfully.
Article 6 – Declarations and Commitments of the Seller
The seller is responsible for the delivery of the contracted goods/services in readable and working condition with all versions updated in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order. The seller is responsible for returning the goods/services to the buyer within fourteen days by removing the access from the digital product user panel.
Article 7 – Characteristics of the Good or Service Subject to the Contract
The type and type of goods/service, quantity, brand/model, color and sales price including all taxes are as stated in the invoice, which is considered an integral part of this contract.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer can return the purchased Goods/Services within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, without taking any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason, by using his right of withdrawal.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal:
a) The buyer must submit the digital product he has purchased to info@detbit.net with the order number within 10 (ten) days from the use of his right of withdrawal.
b) Within 14 (fourteen) days following the use of the right of withdrawal, the price of the Goods is returned to the Buyer as paid by the Buyer.
Article 9 – State of Default and Its Legal Consequences
In the event that the buyer defaults on his credit card transactions, the cardholder will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement that the bank has made with him and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; may claim the costs and attorney’s fees to arise from the buyer, and in any case, in the event that the buyer defaults due to his debt, the buyer agrees to pay the damage and loss of the Seller due to the delayed performance of the debt.
Article 10 – Settlement of Disputes
In the implementation of this Distance Sales Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in the place where the Buyer purchases the Goods or Services and where the residence is located. Article 68 of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502. District/provincial consumer arbitration committees are authorized for consumer demands in line with the lower and upper limits specified in paragraph 1 of the article.
Article 11 – Notices and Evidence Convention
Any correspondence to be made between the Parties under this Agreement will be made via e-mail and Discord, except for the obligatory cases listed in the legislation. The Buyer agrees that in disputes that may arise from this Agreement, the Seller’s official books and commercial records, electronic information and computer records kept in its own database, servers, will constitute binding, definitive and exclusive evidence, and that this article will constitute an evidential contract within the meaning of Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure. accepts, declares and undertakes that
